The pedestrian bridge spans the Albert Canal at a height of 55 meters, where the canal has been cut into the gorge of the Caestert Cut through the Caestert Plateau / Sint-Pietersberg, at the northernmost point of the Belgian province of Liège nearby fortress Eben-Emael, Belgium.
